Welcome to my site! My name is Kristi Hale, and I am the RTI coordinator for Marshall County Schools. I began my educational career as a Special Education teacher in 2004 at Trigg County Schools in Cadiz, Kentucky. I spent one year teaching 10-12 grade and then taught grades 3-5 for seven years. I obtained my bachelor's degree in Psychology from Murray State University in 2004. While teaching I have earned a master's degree and certification in the areas of special education K-12 and guidance and counseling K-12. I was ecstatic to obtain my dream job with Marshall County in July of 2012. I look forward to meeting the faculty and staff at Marshall County Schools, and working with you to subsequently improve the RTI process and student achievement throughout the district.
